Welcome to Relentless Feather. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relentless Feather website, learning platform, curriculum, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Ownership and copyright

All curriculum, lessons, text, images, code, designs, logos, and other materials made available through the Service are the property of Relentless Feather and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

© Relentless Feather. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the curriculum or Service, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Relentless Feather.

Permission is granted only to licensed teachers and their enrolled students to view and use the curriculum for classroom instruction during the term of an active license. This permission does not transfer any ownership and ends when the license ends.

2. Accounts and licenses

Teachers create accounts and provision student accounts; the teacher is responsible for activity under those accounts and for providing accurate information.
Access to paid content requires an active license or a valid event access code. Relentless Feather may suspend or revoke access for any violation of these Terms.
Accounts and licenses are for the licensed organization only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, download in bulk, or redistribute the curriculum or any part of the Service.
Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its accounts, or its data.
Use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to create your own version of the materials.
Misuse the AI tools, or attempt to bypass the classroom safeguards or access controls.

4. Student information and privacy

Relentless Feather collects only the minimal information needed to run the classroom experience (for example, a student's name, username, and learning progress). Student accounts are provisioned by teachers, and we do not sell student data. Where required, consent for minors is handled through the teacher and school relationship. A separate privacy policy may provide additional detail.

5. AI features

Some lessons include AI tools intended for supervised classroom use by students in grades 5 to 12. These tools include safeguards but are not guaranteed to be error-free; teacher supervision is expected. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the AI tools.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Feather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
